Non-formal education
The informal training in the "Service Center - HUB 1 and the mobile HUB 2 and HUB 3" isaimed at forming and building mainly parental skills for responsible and aware parenting. Itis person-oriented and emphasizes the mastery of basic social skills and competencies necessary to successfully meet the needs of the family.
Informal learning takes place through the formation of experience sharing groups, discussion clubs and informative talks. By involving users in similar activities, they are given the opportunity to receive appropriate and timely information about various problems thatconcern them in the process of raising and educating children.
During the implementation period of the project, the subjects will be taught: "General information and features of early childhood development", "Features of the process of adaptation of the young child to the kindergarten", "Main moments in communication between parents and children", "Essence of play and strategies for play interaction with children" and others.
Protecting and strengthening children's health has enormous personal and social significance. One of the duties of the medical specialist is to conduct health talks with the parents of the children aimed at building personal and social value, which we are obliged to protect and develop.
Topics related to health culture are of utmost importance in terms of prevention, prophylaxis as well as risk reduction from harmful factors.
The medical specialist works individually and in groups with parents of children and future parents in order to create real conditions for a modern health culture and a healthy lifestyle.
Social activities and Mobile work
Field work is prioritized as a way to provide services, as it ensures the accessibility of services. They are open to everyone regardless of ethnicity, religion, distance from the city center and social status.
Through home visits, a large part of the services provided at the Center are brought as close as possible to the children and their families, being provided exclusively in their family environment. Using the home environment, the familiar family environment and the child's favorite toys help family members feel comfortable and relaxed. This circumstance greatly contributes to the formation of trusting relationships between specialists and the family.
Social workers communicate with service users and their families. Prepare a specialized needs assessment and individual support plan together with the multidisciplinary team. They organize and conduct individual and group consultations.
Social mediators support the activities of social workers. Direct users to use integrated cross-sectoral services in the community according to individual needs. Participate in the development of evaluations and individual plans of users. They participate in conducting individual and group consultations, as well as field work.

Social inclusion events
The events that are organized in the "Service Center - HUB 1 and the mobile HUB 2 and HUB3" have a diverse focus, fully taking into account the peculiarities of the intercultural environment in which the services are provided. They are aimed at organizing celebrations to celebrate national and traditional holidays, visiting museums, cinema, theater, circuses, libraries, day trips. In this way, children and their parents deal with various aspects of social life and active involvement in the community.
December is the month with the most expectations for fulfilled dreams. With a festive moodand very pleasant emotions on 29.12.2022. the children from Hub 1 Service Center welcomed Santa Claus. The meeting was exciting, the children greeted the good old man with poems and songs, and he delighted them with many gifts.
Family counseling and suppot
Family counseling and support aims to stimulate responsible and conscious parenting. It includes services for social support, psychological support and health care. The activity is offered with the aim of social integration of communities threatened by social exclusion and marginalization by building various social skills - communication, budgeting, job search and parenting, facilitating the access of vulnerable groups of people to various services and
institutions, increasing motivation regarding family planning by providing information on reproductive health, the risks of early pregnancy, contraceptive methods, sexually transmitted diseases, health insurance rights, etc.
The family-oriented approach is used in communication with families. It takes into account the strengths and needs of all family members. The more informed and oriented they are, the better able they are to respond adequately to the needs and wants of the child. Parents learn more about their child's development, their stress and anxiety levels decrease, and they feel more competent as parents.

Education
Early childhood education services greatly support early childhood development and create conditions for an equal start at school. They include educational elements combined with interactive methods and games, competitions and other creative and cognitive activities / role-playing games for various everyday situations or famous fairy tales, educational films, creative activities, etc. Emphasis is placed on the study of the Bulgarian language by children whose mother language is different from Bulgarian, with the aim of easier and faster adaptation in preschool and school education. Timely correction of speech defects and incorrect sound pronunciations is carried out. Pedagogical specialists plan, organize and conduct the process to ensure quality early childhood education and care. They teach and educate the children in accordance with the state educational standards. They create
conditions for children to master the literary Bulgarian language. They use pedagogical methods and techniques - interactive methods and games, competitions, a variety of creative and cognitive activities.
Prepare a plan for general support of personal development, tailored to the individual needs of each child. They carry out diagnostics of children's progress and the extent of mastered competences. Educators involve children and parents in various discussion clubs focused on issues that are important to the target group. They organize various entertainment, educational and other forms of pedagogical interaction for the practical familiarization with various aspects of social life and the active involvement of the community.
Hub 1 provides individual language and speech therapy for children, language and speech diagnosis of disorders and preparation of an individual plan for each individual case, as well as preparation of a speech map.
Work is carried out with children in a group with speech disorders, which includes group motor and logorhythmic exercises for spatial orientation and finger gnosis. Group articulation gymnastics, group work with sound analysis and synthesis, group work for syllable analysis and synthesis. Correct pronunciation of words - objects and actions. Speech development through short stories based on pictures, construction and use of simple sentences. Development of auditory attention by listening to fairy tales and poems.
Psychological support at the Center is aimed at forming hygienic habits, learning habits, improving the characteristics of cognitive processes and emotional state, preparing individual work programs. The Center also works with the Montessori method. Children are taught with the help of wooden toys that stimulate imagination and creativity, develop memory, concentration and attention. The basis of any method game is the development of the child's mental abilities from early childhood. It applies to all sense organs: sight, hearing and general sensibility. The range of Montessori wooden toys is very rich - from general sensory games, games for recognizing colors, shapes, animals and other objects.
